Cancellation is Free of Charge up to seven days prior to arrival. Any cancellation or amendment to your booking within the seven days prior to your arrival day will be charged the full amount of the reservation using the card details provided at time of booking.
Payment will be collected on the morning of your arrival using the card details provided at the time of booking. If you wish to pay by an alternative method, please call The Corner House on 01502 580021 seven days prior to your arrival day to make the necessary arrangements to settle your bill.
Any damage to the room or any items taken from the property will be charged £50 to cover the cost of repair or replacement. The £50 will be charged using the card details provided at time of booking.
Dogs are welcome at the property and are charged £25 for the duration of their stay. Any guests wanting to bring their dog must make their reservation directly by calling The Corner House on 01502 580021. Only one Guest Room at the property allows dogs which means that any guests arriving with a dog without prior agreement will not be allowed to continue with their stay. Any payments made to The Corner House prior to arrival will be refunded in full within 10 working days.
